  • Misleading or false information is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Property Details

Each property listing must include the following details:

  • Property Type: Specify the type of property (e.g., house, apartment, land, commercial space).
  • Location: Provide the full address and accurate location on the map.
  • Description: Offer a detailed and accurate description of the property, including its features, amenities, and condition.
  • Pricing: Clearly state the price of the property or service, including any applicable taxes or fees.
  • Images/Videos: Include high-quality images and/or videos of the property.
  • Floor Plans: If available, provide floor plans of the property.
  • Contact Information: Provide accurate contact information for inquiries.

2.3 Image and Video Guidelines

  • The platform reserves the right to remove images or videos that violate these guidelines.

2.4 Compliance with Laws and Regulations

  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their listings do not discriminate against any individual or group based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or disability.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed must be transparent and inclusive of all mandatory fees and charges.
  • Vendors must clearly disclose any additional costs that may apply (e.g., closing costs, property taxes).

3.2 Payment Terms

  • The platform reserves the right to remove listings that are found to infringe on intellectual property rights.

6. Platform Rights

The platform reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the platform or any of its features at any time.
  • Remove or edit any listing that violates these regulations or the Vendor Agreement.
  • Suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these regulations or the Vendor Agreement.
  • Monitor vendor activity on the platform to ensure compliance with these regulations.

7. Vendor Agreement

  • By listing products on the platform itself is a confirmation by vendors that they agreed to all the terms, conditions of various documents published in this website under different headings.

8. Amendments

The platform reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the amended regulations.

9. Termination

The platform may terminate a vendor's account for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these regulations or the Vendor Agreement. Vendors may also terminate their account at any time by providing written notice to the platform.

10. Governing Law

These regulations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of India within the juridiction of Hyderabad.

By listing products on our platform, vendors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these regulations.

BANNED CATEGORIES ON THIS WEBSITE

To maintain a safe and ethical environment, certain categories of listings are banned from this platform as follows:

1. Illegal or Unethical Listings:

  • Properties Involved in Illegal Activities: Listings for properties that are known to be involved in illegal activities, such as drug trafficking or money laundering.
  • Discriminatory Listings: Listings that violate fair housing laws by discriminating against protected classes.

2. Misleading or Deceptive Listings:

  • High-Pressure Sales Tactics: Timeshares and vacation ownerships are often associated with high-pressure sales tactics and misleading marketing practices.

6. Properties with Unclear Title or Ownership:

  • Properties with Significant Legal Issues: Properties with unclear title or ownership, or properties involved in significant legal disputes.

7. Fake or Imitation of Products: 

  • Counterfeit and unauthorised goods which include replicas or imitations of designer goods; items without a celebrity endorsement that would normally require such an association, fake autographs, counterfeit stamps, and other potentially unauthorised goods.

8. Unlawful Goods or Services: 

  • Illegal goods which includes materials, products, or information promoting illegal goods or enabling illegal acts. Any product or service which is not in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations whether federal, state, local or international, including the laws of India.
