1. What is the primary role of a CIC-CW?

As a City Independent Contractor - City-Wise (CIC-CW), your primary role is to identify, contact, and onboard property or real estate & related vendors for the category of your choice onto our platform. This includes vendors across various categories such as Builders & Developers,Lease / Rent, MEP Services, Contractors, MEP Services, Consultants, Sell Property, Home & Yard, Constuction Material & so on. You will be responsible for ensuring that vendor profiles are complete, accurate, and optimized for search visibility.

2. What are the specific responsibilities of a Vendor Listing Associate?

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Vendor Identification: Researching and identifying potential vendors within the specified healthcare categories.
  • Outreach: Contacting potential vendors via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our platform and its benefits.
  • Onboarding: Guiding vendors through the onboarding process, including creating profiles, uploading necessary documentation, and setting up their accounts.
  • Profile Optimization: Ensuring vendor profiles are complete, accurate, and optimized with relevant keywords and information to improve search visibility.
  • Data Entry: Accurately entering vendor information into our platform's database.
  • Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with vendors throughout the onboarding process.
  • Reporting: Providing regular reports on your progress, including the number of vendors contacted, onboarded, and any challenges encountered.
  • Compliance: Ensuring that all vendor listings comply with our platform's guidelines and relevant regulations.

3. What is the compensation structure for this role?

You will get to know the detailed compensation structure & and payment terms outlined in the independent contractor agreement.

4. How will I be paid?

Payments will be made via check, or other electronic payment methods of the company on a monthly, bi-monthly basis or as applicable as per company rules.

5. What tools and resources will be provided?

We will provide you with:

  • Access to our platform's vendor management system.
  • Training materials on our platform and onboarding process.
  • Marketing materials to share with potential vendors.
  • Ongoing support from our team.

6. What are the expected working hours?

As an independent contractor, you have the flexibility to set your own working hours. However, we expect you to dedicate sufficient time to meet the agreed-upon targets and deadlines. 

7. Will I be provided with health insurance or other benefits?

No, as an independent contractor, you are not eligible for health insurance or other employee benefits.

8. What happens if a vendor violates the platform's terms of service?

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any vendor listing that violates our platform's terms of service. We will investigate any reported violations and take appropriate action.

9. How do I handle confidential vendor information?

You must maintain the confidentiality of all vendor information and adhere to our platform's privacy policy & Non-Disclosure Agreenment (NDA). You are prohibited from sharing or disclosing any confidential information to third parties.
